Dear Conference Participants,
Thank you for registering for this exciting event! We are all thrilled to be receiving the blessing of Fr. Dawood Lamei this September, and look forward to benefiting individually, as families, and as a community from his words!
Below, please find a few points and instructions in preparation for the conference:
Daycare -
-There will be a daycare service provided for children 5 years and older at a cost of $10/day per child. Parents interested in using this service will pay for their children upon arrival on the first day of the conference. For the sake of convenience, please provide this amount in exact change or as a check.
-Daycare is not available for kids under 5 years old, however, parents are welcome to utilize classrooms that will have TV screens broadcasting Fr. Dawood’s lectures.
Translation -
Fr. Dawood will be giving the sermons in Arabic.
Translation services for English speakers *only* is available for $10 per device (please provide in exact change) in addition to a $50 security deposit that will be refunded once the device is turned back in working condition at the end of the conference. Please provide the $50 deposit as a separate check to allow for convenient refunding.
Meals -
Lunch, along with light refreshments and snacks will be provided on Thursday. Dinner will not be provided on Thursday evening; however, there are many restaurants available within a couple of miles from the conference center.
Breakfast will be provided Friday morning.
Check-In -
Please bring a print-out of your confirmation ticket to be scanned during check-in upon arrival.
